Founder
Xavier Denis brings more than 30 years of multidisciplinary, multisectoral and international experience in real estate investment and development, across both listed and non-listed sectors. Before founding Castlight in 2024, Xavier served as a longstanding member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of AG Real Estate and Cofinimmo, having begun his career in London.
