Castlight is an independent and entrepreneurial real estate advisory firm based in Brussels, providing bespoke advice on investment, development, and asset & portfolio management strategies.
We support European decision-makers, with a particular focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies within the Live-Work-Care asset classes, and on the development of operating platforms.

Founder
Xavier Denis has over 25 years of multidisciplinary, multisectoral and international experience in real estate investment and development, both in the listed and non-listed sectors. Before founding Castlight, Xavier was member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors at AG Real Estate and Cofinimmo after starting his career in London.
